Peter Gorham brings more than two decades of international experience in MedTech, surgical technology and robotics to his role as Commercial Vice President and General Manager for UK & Ireland at CMR Surgical.

Peter has held senior commercial leadership roles across established global MedTech companies and high-growth technology businesses, working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At Stryker, he led the MedSurg franchise across EEMEA, while his subsequent roles at Distalmotion and BHS Technologies focused on bringing innovative surgical technologies to market and building global commercial capabilities.

His experience spans both direct and indirect commercial models, including global sales, distributor and channel development, market expansion and the adoption of novel surgical technologies. He has led geographically diverse commercial teams and built strong relationships across the surgical ecosystem, from leading clinicians to hospital and procurement leaders. Peter holds an MBA from the University of Warwick.

At CMR Surgical, Peter leads the commercial strategy and growth of the UK & Ireland business, bringing together his experience in international MedTech, surgical robotics and scaling innovative technologies to expand access to robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery.
