About the Role

This is a key position within Quality Assurance which supports our Complaint management process. It provides administrative support to Quality Engineers and liaises with various colleagues across CMR and also 3rd parties to ensure smooth processing of Customer complaints and also support further Quality Assurance objectives.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office. This position will require travel to our Cambridge and Ely sites.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our Complaint handling team

  • Assist Quality Engineers with timely completion of investigations
  • Liaise with colleagues across CMR as required to support the team’s daily work
  • Provide project support on Quality Assurance initiatives

We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Quality Assurance remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Knowledge of basic Quality Management System processes – previous experience in Quality Assurance roles is a plus
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved with any issues as they arise
  • Ability to work independently when needed, use initiative and effectively prioritise workload
  • Knowledge of document management system principles
