About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety professional to lead our organisation’s H&S strategy, compliance, and culture across a workforce of approximately 500 employees in the UK, including a light manufacturing environment and a small number of low?risk international field service staff. This role ensures that our people, sites, and operations meet the highest standards of safety, legal compliance, and risk management.???
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week based across our Ely and Cambridge sites.
Responsibilities
We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Health and Sustainability remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.
