About the Role

The Customer Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end order management and the delivery of finished goods, spare parts and FRUs to external and internal customers within a region.?

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end Order Management in the region
• Oversight of individual customer delivery programmes, working with Commercial, Professional Education, Service & Support and Supply Chain teams
• Overseeing local distribution (both transport and warehousing) by working closely with CMR / 3PL teams to ensure that service level agreements and timelines are met
• Arranging transports and issuing relevant shipping documents
• Hands-on management & balancing of short-term supply/demand across your region to maximise Customer Satisfaction
• Ensuring data accuracy across various systems by collaborating with the respective stake holders
• Developing collaborative relationships with distributors and other third parties to optimise the overall flow of finished goods and customer returns
• We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Logistics remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.
• This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week being based in the office. 

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

• Solid understanding of supply chain workflows within an ERP environment
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask and adapt to quickly changing priorities
• Strong customer focus / customer-orientated mindset
• Solid stakeholder management skills
• Being able to anticipate potential supply chain or inventory issues and pro-actively seek for solutions
• Strong team player in an international environment
• Analytical mindset
• Experience working in international supply chains or Customer Service within a healthcare environment
• Experience working with an international 3PL network and warehousing teams
• Experienced in working with ERPs (preferably Netsuite or SAP)
• Degree in an appropriate discipline or relevant professional experience in Logistics
• Fluent in English
