The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted CMR Surgical marketing authorization for the Versius Surgical System (Versius) in cholecystectomy, paving the way for the next-generation versatile, adaptable, and digitally driven surgical robot to be introduced in the United States.
