Basel brings almost 30 years of leadership experience across MedTech, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, with a strong track record of driving growth across emerging markets. He joined CMR from Smith & Nephew, having previously held senior roles at Amgen, Pfizer and Baxter International.

Basel’s extensive experience building and scaling commercial operations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America positions him well to lead CMR’s continued expansion in these key growth regions.
