Clinical Sales Specialist/Junior Clinical Sales Specialist - Paris

We’re looking for an amazing Clinical Sales Specialist / Junior Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Clinical Sales Team, based in Paris,  Reporting to Business Manager for South Europe. Working within the country team, you will support customers in the holistic implementation of robotic programs, acting as the primary point of contact from acquisition all the way through to ongoing account management, ensuring the delivery of a world-class experience.  Partner with customers and lead the definition of robotic program implementation strategies in your twin responsibilities of maximizing customer satisfaction and Versius utilisation in your accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of implementation project plans. Coordinate the regional CMR team and the customer stakeholders to ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget while delivering an industry-leading customer experience. Gradually plan and oversee the second phase of clinical cases and beyond at new Versius installations.
  • Responsible for the successful installation of Versius Surgical System and start-up of the robotic program. Coordinate the regional CMR team and the customer stakeholders to ensure that all project phases are completed on time and within budget.
  • ?Provide case support & troubleshooting in the Operating Room, enabling surgical teams to use independently Versius system without the need of physical support after the learning curve.
  • Check customer stock consignment of robotic instruments and consumables. Coordinate with Logistic & Financial department to invoice consumable and drive recurring revenues incomes.
  • Work with KOLs & Versius users to provide clinical and technical feedback to feed upstream marketing activities and liaise with HQ departments of Marketing and R&D to define the future product pipeline.
  • Act as a Field Marketing Specialist in identifying the proper stakeholders to develop reference users and speakers at clinical events and congresses.
  • Develop clinical excellence reference centres, developing current Versius hospital to venues where trainings, clinical masterclasses and case observations can be carried out
  • Be responsible to train and set up the Sterilization Department of the hospital to make sure Versius Instruments and Accessories are decontaminated according to CMR Surgical guidelines and minimizing disruption of the service and economic losses due to instrument failures.
  • Support the team with internal planning and forecasting processes, as and when required, producing and sharing Versius system utilization reports with all the relevant stakeholders.

We’d expect you to be willing to turn your hand to anything within the Clinical Sales remit that helps the team deliver its objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:

  • Experience in Operating Room process management or hospital staff education development/training with demonstrated experience in customer and peer training, specifically related to advanced technology within a clinical environment.
  • Stakeholder Management and Interdependent Partnering skills - demonstrated records/examples of cooperating across functions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, being responsible for a variety of key planning and coordinating activities including maintaining and adhering to timelines and contracted Service Level Agreements for the installation and implementation project plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues and build strong long-term relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Inherently Self Disciplined - much of the role will be autonomous and require diligent and persistent follow up.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess the profitability of different scenarios.

A requirement to travel internationally as tasking dictates and be flexible in working hours to accommodate customers’ requirements.

It would also be helpful if you have:

  • Life science degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience.
  • Experience of Minimal Access Surgery, Navigation and/or Robotics.
