Susan is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of HR experience, having worked across the financial services, pharmaceutical and retail industries. She has a wide-range of UK and international people experience, including talent acquisition, people development, succession management, organisational transformation, employee relations and HR shared services – both in-house and in outsourced operations.

Prior to joining CMR, Susan served as Global Vice President – Human Resources Director, Clinical Development Services at Syneos Health, where she supported over 10,000 employees across multiple global locations and led multiple HR Directors across a wide-range of business functions.

Susan joined CMR Surgical as Chief People Officer in September 2023, and is responsible for leading CMR’s HR strategy ensuring we can attract, retain and grow the best talent as CMR works to fulfil its mission of transforming surgery, for good.
